How Do I Make A Booking

You will be allowed to make a booking for a mobile medical clinic once you have provided us with the following information:

1. Your project details and the location/s where it will be taking place,
2. A valid practice number or radiologist registration number under which you will be working, AND
3. The radiographer that you will be using for the project.
